Hostilites on Cissse II have come to a decline as of 02/23/2013 at 11:14. The conflict has already claimed at least 33 lives and seen the loss of 33 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/23/2013 at 11:15 when battle elements of Gixer1985 and Clubbers engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
