This guild plans to control a peace force to unite and preserve the sovereignty of the home system, while expanding fourth to provide security and help to those oppressed or unfairly targeted!

Reports seem to imply that this new Guild will be ran as a Socialist system, requesting that each of it's members contribute to the cause in their own way. This system, though highly controversial is known for it's direction, and strong economic progress.
