Decline in Combat on Dominion VIII

Hostilites on Dominion VIII have come to a decline as of 02/12/2013 at 17:50. The conflict has already claimed at least 4 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/12/2013 at 17:51 when battle elements of Grappler engaged the forces of Phoenix. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
