Hostilites on Cissse IX have come to a decline as of 02/12/2013 at 16:45. The conflict has already claimed at least 12 lives and seen the loss of 12 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/12/2013 at 15:48 when battle elements of FatBoiMike engaged the forces of Clubbers. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
