Decline in Combat on Episer VII

Hostilites on Episer VII have come to a decline as of 02/09/2013 at 21:24. The conflict has already claimed at least 935 lives and seen the loss of 35 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/09/2013 at 21:18 when battle elements of VooDoo-player engaged the forces of Deveroes. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer VII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 33 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
