Death Toll Rises on Cogthu XI

Over 67 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Cogthu XI. Forces of Boomington have engaged the forces of Gideon in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 02/09/2013 at 10:19 has seen the loss of 1 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 1,828,928 homes have been destroyed and 1,118,975 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
