Decline in Combat on Episer VII

Hostilites on Episer VII have come to a decline as of 02/04/2013 at 19:24. The conflict has already claimed at least 3,358 lives and seen the loss of 28 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/04/2013 at 19:25 when battle elements of Scaryopa engaged the forces of Deveroes. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer VII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 27 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
