Decline in Combat on Episer XII

Hostilites on Episer XII have come to a decline as of 02/04/2013 at 19:10. The conflict has already claimed at least 6,321 lives and seen the loss of 49 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/04/2013 at 19:06 when battle elements of Gixer1985 and Scaryopa engaged the forces of Deveroes. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer XII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 39 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
