Decline in Combat on Cednci IV

Hostilites on Cednci IV have come to a decline as of 01/29/2013 at 11:24. The conflict has already claimed at least 4 lives and seen the loss of 4 units and facilities.

Battle began 01/29/2013 at 11:24 when battle elements of Raven08 engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cednci IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 3 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
