Decline in Combat on Episer IV

Hostilites on Episer IV have come to a decline as of 01/21/2013 at 19:00. The conflict has already claimed at least 2 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 01/21/2013 at 19:01 when battle elements of Borderpatrol18 engaged the forces of Boomington. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 2 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
