Decline in Combat on Verdte II

Hostilites on Verdte II have come to a decline as of 01/20/2013 at 03:07. The conflict has already claimed at least 52 lives and seen the loss of 52 units and facilities.

Battle began 01/20/2013 at 01:54 when battle elements of Buster engaged the forces of BAMF. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Verdte II are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 51 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
