Decline in Combat on Verdte IV

Hostilites on Verdte IV have come to a decline as of 01/20/2013 at 00:58. The conflict has already claimed at least 1,334 lives and seen the loss of 65 units and facilities.

Battle began 01/19/2013 at 23:54 when battle elements of BAMF engaged the forces of Buster. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Verdte IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 45 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
