Death Toll Rises on Verdte I

Over 441 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Verdte I. Forces of BAMF have engaged the forces of Buster in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 01/20/2013 at 00:54 has seen the loss of 41 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 81,106 homes have been destroyed and 142,340 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
