Decline in Combat on Cissse IX

Hostilites on Cissse IX have come to a decline as of 01/18/2013 at 18:11. The conflict has already claimed at least 173 lives and seen the loss of 173 units and facilities.

Battle began 01/18/2013 at 17:41 when battle elements of FatBoiMike engaged the forces of ThunderShirt. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cissse IX are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 172 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
