Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Neolci have come to a decline as of 01/15/2013 at 23:47. The conflict has already claimed at least 196 lives and seen the loss of 11 units and facilities.

Battle began 01/15/2013 at 23:36 when battle elements of Sniv and Codex engaged the forces of Raven08 and Deveroes. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

The Galactic Trade Commission has begun taking advantage of the pause in combat to make large progress on clearing the debris left behind from the battles.
