Decline in Combat on Dominion IX

Hostilites on Dominion IX have come to a decline as of 01/15/2013 at 17:29. The conflict has already claimed at least 14 lives and seen the loss of 14 units and facilities.

Battle began 01/15/2013 at 17:15 when battle elements of Tarish engaged the forces of Phoenix. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Dominion IX are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 6 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
