Hostilites in Cednci have come to a decline as of 01/08/2013 at 10:58. The conflict has already claimed at least 9 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 01/08/2013 at 11:00 when battle elements of Goudron engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
