Death Toll Rises on Logwra I

Over 1,211 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Logwra I. Forces of Goudron and Grappler have engaged the forces of Valen in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 01/06/2013 at 13:15 has seen the loss of 10 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 87,827 homes have been destroyed and 2,195 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
