Decline in Combat on Neolci XVI

Hostilites on Neolci XVI have come to a decline as of 01/05/2013 at 09:59. The conflict has already claimed at least 254 lives and seen the loss of 4 units and facilities.

Battle began 01/05/2013 at 10:00 when battle elements of Codex engaged the forces of Ghosage. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci XVI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 2 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
