Hostilites on Cissse IV have come to a decline as of 03/10/2012 at 12:30. The conflict has already claimed at least 5 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/10/2012 at 12:32 when battle elements of Zenzi engaged the forces of Frankzy. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
