Decline in Combat on Alga VIII

Hostilites on Alga VIII have come to a decline as of 11/24/2012 at 09:54. The conflict has already claimed at least 2,535 lives and seen the loss of 107 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/24/2012 at 09:51 when battle elements of Goudron and Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Alga VIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 2 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
