Decline in Combat on Episer XIII

Hostilites on Episer XIII have come to a decline as of 11/14/2012 at 19:50. The conflict has already claimed at least 18 lives and seen the loss of 8 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/14/2012 at 19:34 when battle elements of Astrogeorge engaged the forces of Gideon. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 2 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
