Decline in Combat on Misnco IV

Hostilites on Misnco IV have come to a decline as of 02/26/2012 at 08:28. The conflict has already claimed at least 40 lives and seen the loss of 40 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/26/2012 at 06:16 when battle elements of Cypherlieu engaged the forces of Dekker3D. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Misnco IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 37 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
