Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Lucepi have come to a decline as of 08/18/2012 at 15:01. The conflict has already claimed at least 8 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/18/2012 at 15:02 when battle elements of Sovietsam55 engaged the forces of Rakka. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
