Death Toll Rises on Dominion VIII

Over 3,821 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Dominion VIII. Forces of Jesfr have engaged the forces of Phoenix in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 08/16/2012 at 05:27 has seen the loss of 15 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 557,336 homes have been destroyed and 613,295 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
