Planetary Battle Begins on Dominion IX

A large battle began today at 08/16/2012 at 05:33 on Dominion IX. Forces of Jesfr engaged contingents belonging to Phoenix in a violent clash of explosions and weapons fire.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. The battle, in its early stages, has already claimed 1,817 lives and has seen 42 military assets left destroyed. The citizens of Dominion IX are concerned of the conflict. No reports of civilian casualties have been made, however, at this time it is too early to determine whether the conflict will claim lives of the citizens of Dominion IX.
