Decline in Combat on Dominion VIII

Hostilites on Dominion VIII have come to a decline as of 08/15/2012 at 18:18. The conflict has already claimed at least 797 lives and seen the loss of 7 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/15/2012 at 18:05 when battle elements of Phoenix engaged the forces of Jesfr. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Dominion VIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 2 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
