Decline in Combat on Dominion XIII

Hostilites on Dominion XIII have come to a decline as of 02/25/2012 at 10:18. The conflict has already claimed at least 8 lives and seen the loss of 8 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/25/2012 at 10:12 when battle elements of Comet engaged the forces of Blackfang. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Dominion XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 1 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
