Contact with Neolci III-S has been lost!

Numerous communication stations and relays have been unable to make contact with Neolci III-S. Although, this is initial reporting numerous theories have been put forward about the demise of the ill-fated colony. It could have been destroyed, or simply political turmoil broke the colony down. Neolci III-S's fate is unknown at this time, due to the lack of any communication coming out of Neolci III-S the worst has been expected.
