Decline in Combat on Docchu XVI

Hostilites on Docchu XVI have come to a decline as of 02/19/2012 at 23:20. The conflict has already claimed at least 32 lives and seen the loss of 32 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/19/2012 at 20:06 when battle elements of Cypherlieu engaged the forces of Megatron. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Docchu XVI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 32 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
