Decline in Combat on Perssi IX

Hostilites on Perssi IX have come to a decline as of 02/19/2012 at 09:11. The conflict has already claimed at least 50 lives and seen the loss of 5 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/19/2012 at 09:12 when battle elements of Dravo engaged the forces of Cypherlieu. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi IX are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 5 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
