Decline in Combat on Cogthu XVII

Hostilites on Cogthu XVII have come to a decline as of 06/02/2012 at 00:42. The conflict has already claimed at least 599 lives and seen the loss of 99 units and facilities.

Battle began 06/02/2012 at 00:32 when battle elements of Hooch engaged the forces of Ghosage. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cogthu XVII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 98 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
