Hostilites in Neolci have come to a decline as of 06/01/2012 at 22:55. The conflict has already claimed at least 139 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 06/01/2012 at 22:56 when battle elements of Gixer1985 engaged the forces of Codex. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
