Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Neolci have come to a decline as of 05/31/2012 at 16:57. The conflict has already claimed at least 916 lives and seen the loss of 59 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/31/2012 at 16:47 when battle elements of Gixer1985 engaged the forces of Belgrath. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
