Neolci XVI Begins Rebuilding

After -3minutes, hostilities have seemingly drawn to an end on Neolci XVI. The turmoil of the engagement claimed 52 lives on both sides of the line.

Early estimates report units and 0 facilities were destroyed on both sides of the fighting. Debris litters the ground and smoke fills the sky from the fires across Neolci XVI remaining from the long battle.

The combat began 05/30/2012 at 20:58 when Sovietsam55 forces clashed with Belgrath forces. It was unclear at the start of the battle how devastating it would be on Neolci XVI. Humanitarian efforts dispatched from the Galactic Senate are underway.
