Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Neolci have come to a decline as of 05/25/2012 at 21:14. The conflict has already claimed at least 642 lives and seen the loss of 6 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/25/2012 at 21:06 when battle elements of Sovietsam55 engaged the forces of Belgrath. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
