Decline in Combat on Perssi II

Hostilites on Perssi II have come to a decline as of 02/15/2012 at 10:55. The conflict has already claimed at least 13 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/15/2012 at 10:56 when battle elements of Celestial engaged the forces of Desertfox. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi II are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
