Hostilites on Perssi II have come to a decline as of 02/15/2012 at 03:48. The conflict has already claimed at least 81 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/15/2012 at 03:49 when battle elements of Ikke engaged the forces of Celestial. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
