Hostilites on Cogsni IV have come to a decline as of 02/14/2012 at 03:08. The conflict has already claimed at least 4 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/14/2012 at 03:09 when battle elements of Cypherlieu engaged the forces of Dravo. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
