Hostilites on Cissse XI have come to a decline as of 05/21/2012 at 11:57. The conflict has already claimed at least 2 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/21/2012 at 11:25 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Light. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
