Hostilites on Cissse XV have come to a decline as of 05/21/2012 at 10:41. The conflict has already claimed at least 3 lives and seen the loss of 3 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/21/2012 at 10:43 when battle elements of Light engaged the forces of Amerlain. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cissse XV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 2 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
