Decline in Combat on Cissse XI

Hostilites on Cissse XI have come to a decline as of 05/21/2012 at 10:50. The conflict has already claimed at least 47 lives and seen the loss of 11 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/21/2012 at 10:38 when battle elements of Amerlain and Valen engaged the forces of Light and Frankzy. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cissse XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 6 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
