Decline in Combat on Neolci XIII

Hostilites on Neolci XIII have come to a decline as of 05/18/2012 at 10:26. The conflict has already claimed at least 6 lives and seen the loss of 6 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/18/2012 at 10:09 when battle elements of Cypherlieu engaged the forces of Belgrath. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
