Hostilites on Neolci I have come to a decline as of 05/15/2012 at 20:39. The conflict has already claimed at least 15 lives and seen the loss of 15 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/15/2012 at 19:21 when battle elements of Cypherlieu engaged the forces of Belgrath. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci I are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 15 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
