Hostilites on Cissse XIV have come to a decline as of 05/15/2012 at 14:56. The conflict has already claimed at least 11 lives and seen the loss of 11 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/15/2012 at 14:44 when battle elements of Light engaged the forces of Amerlain. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
