Hostilites on Neolci XIV have come to a decline as of 05/15/2012 at 12:24. The conflict has already claimed at least 1 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/15/2012 at 12:25 when battle elements of Cypherlieu engaged the forces of Belgrath. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
