Hostilites on Cissse V have come to a decline as of 05/15/2012 at 11:55. The conflict has already claimed at least 106 lives and seen the loss of 6 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/15/2012 at 11:42 when battle elements of Light engaged the forces of Valen. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cissse V are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 5 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
