Hostilites on Neolci XIV have come to a decline as of 05/14/2012 at 13:55. The conflict has already claimed at least 6 lives and seen the loss of 6 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/14/2012 at 13:36 when battle elements of Cypherlieu engaged the forces of Belgrath. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci XIV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 6 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
