Citizens of Leviso XVII upset about the Homeless rate

Reporters inside Leviso XVII are reporting that Homeless rates have driven the population of Leviso XVII to march in protest of Amerlain's policies. "This is absolutely ridiculous!" says one disgruntled citizen of Leviso XVII. "How can Amerlain expect the people of this planet to go on living with the Homeless rate being as it is? It?s bad policies that lead people like myself to take such drastic actions! Amerlain needs to pay more attention to the Homeless rate or we all may be forced to take more drastic actions!"
