Hostilites on Cissse VIII have come to a decline as of 05/14/2012 at 07:05. The conflict has already claimed at least 5 lives and seen the loss of 5 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/14/2012 at 06:54 when battle elements of Light engaged the forces of Amerlain. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
